Pearson in Practice, alongside the Institute of Customer Management (ICM), is running an Introduction to Contact Centres Skills

Pathway in Manchester. The course programme will support local Contact Centre businesses on their build up to Christmas and more importantly, beyond. With over 500 opportunities across large brand names including Swinton, Direct Line, Aegis and more, this is a prime opportunity for experienced contact centre people, or just those who would like to change careers and move into Customer service or Sales and to get a head start back into sustainable employment.


I would like to invite you to this course awareness event which will be hosted by the ICM and include talks from employers about the vacancies, and a talk by an ex-student of the programme. Candidates will have the opportunity to undergo numeracy and literacy assessments and interviews for the course on the day.
