Online Administrator / Customer Service

Our Client, a reputable insurance company with offices nationwide are recruiting for the role of an Online Administrator to join their team based in Manchester.

It will be your responsibility to provide administration and technical support for the efficient running of the online team.
You will provide an efficient, accurate service within departmental guidelines and authority levels, maintain agreed standards in order to achieve profitable growth, maintain and develop the online system by displaying a high standard of customer care to meet quality and service targets within agreed deadlines, provide a consistent, efficient service to brokers to create sales opportunities and achieve targets and conduct follow up service calls to brokers in relation to quotes.

This is a busy and demanding role which will require an organised and experienced individual. You will have a proven track record in relation to customer services skills, a good confident telephone manner and be highly literate and numerate. You will possess good computer and keyboard skills and be 100% competent with the use of Microsoft Word and Excel. The successful candidate will be a positive, enthusiastic and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and good attention to detail.
