The course is designed to introduce learners to the world of work at Manchester Airport and understand the process in obtaining employment within the aviation sector. * L1 Award in Customer Service * Site familiarisation session * Confidence and motivation building * Interview skills training * Overview of Security Awareness * Work Skills sessions providing unit credits towards Work Sills Qualification * Assistance with job applications * Opportunity of a paid work placement within the airport to successful candidates

Entry Requirements Must successfully complete a Literacy & Numeracy assessment before starting the course and meet the joining requirements as stated below

Qualification achieved Award in Customer Service (QCF) Level 1
