Greater Manchester Police Vacancy – Operational Support Officer – Grade C: £16,938 to £18,093 p.a. FT Advert:

Within this role you will provide an operational & IT support for all Integrated Neighbourhood staff as required. Providing excellent customer service that adds value to public satisfaction of GMP. You will possess excellent customer service skills specifically in relation to dealing with telephone queries and you will have experience of working in an administrative capacity carrying out tasks that involve checking, recording, inputting and retrieving information. You will carry out general clerical and information processing activities, make enquiries and produce any necessary reports and ensure all interested parties are informed of changes or actions they will be required to take. You wil play a key role in supporting Neighbourhood Teams being accessible at all times.
