Customer Service Trainer

Mustard Tree is a Manchester based charity, whose mission is to ‘Create choice and opportunity for people who are homeless and marginalised’.
Alongside emergency practical provision of food, clothing and furniture, we provide training and long-term solutions for those from disadvantaged backgrounds and local communities.

We are looking for a Customer Service Trainer who is highly motivated and with excellent people skills. Ideally the candidate has experience of delivering a range of training, working in the retail sector and supporting people from disadvantaged backgrounds.

The Trainer will deliver a series of Customer Service courses to Mustard Tree clients and coordinate the enrolment and delivery of our skills training courses across Customer Services, ESOL and Beginners IT. Based within our successful retail environment, the role will involve engaging and supporting learners to progress in a manner that values each individual and acknowledges their personal needs.

Salary: £18,500 pro rata. 15 hours per week, Mon-Fri.
10 month, fixed term contract: September 2013 – June 2014
