Position: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Manchester, North West
Salary: £15- 20K + bonus dependant on experience

Due to continued expansion and success they are now looking to fill multiple positions with great customer service and administration professionals who enjoy dealing with customer facing and administration activities in a dynamic environment.

You will be responsible for dealing with a portfolio of clients and/or their advisers via inbound telephone calls, mail and e-mail. You will ensure a great customer experience, acting in a professional and helpful manner.

a) Dealing with all communications in a polite, professional, and timely fashion.
b) Developing a knowledge and understanding of our client’s services and products.
c) Maintaining accurate records both on paper and electronically

a) People skills are a plus as much of your activity will be client facing via mail, e-mail or telephone.
b) To be capable of assessing the requirements of written communications and responding fully and appropriately.

a) To have a broad understanding of all types of pension provision, although full training will be provided.
b) Previous experience of pensions, ISAs or financial Services is desirable.

You may have experience in the following roles: Client Advisor, Pensions Administrator, Finance Advisor, Pension Administrator, Pensions Technician, Financial Administrator, Customer Service Executive, Call Centre Agent, Insurance Sales, Finance Administrator, Admin Exec etc
