CO- OP Manchester – Part time Inbound Customer Advisors urgently required

We have 180 interview slots available on Friday 18th January for Inbound Customer Advisor positions with Manchester Co-op Financial Services.Interviews will be held at Manchester Employer Suite, London Scottish House, 24 Mount St, Manchester M2 3NN.

Applicants MUST BOOK A SLOT. This is NOT a drop in event. Thank you.

The roles are Part Time evenings 5pm – 9pm Monday to Friday No weekends – 20 hours per week.


Applicants who have applied in the previous 6 months need not apply.


Applicants do not necessarily need previous experience of working within a call centre setting however, they do need the following -

A checkable 5 year history

Excellent clear communication skills

Previous customer service experience

Comfortable working within a Sales targeted environment

Relevant I.D documents proving their right to work

Able to pass a credit check
