CHT/27515 RECEPTIONIST – 16 HRS PER WEEK, 2 DAY SFROM 7 INCLUDING EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS Previous hotel reception experience would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given. Must have excellent communication skills be confident and committed. Must be flexible regarding hours as shifts include evenings and weekends. Duties include running the reception booking in and checking out guests. To ensure the safety of the guests and building during the day. To answer telephone enquiries.  Permanent position, subject to 3-month probation period. . Excellent prospects for progression. Applicants can expect to be working over Christmas. MEETS NMW

Must have own driving licence. Must have professional telephone manner and will be required to dress according to company policy. Must have good communication skills both written and verbal. Must have previous extensive experience in a similar role. Must be able to use computer systems particularly MS Office packages. Ability to plan and organise own work is a must as you will be working on your own initiative much of the time and an ability to work under pressure and be able to multi-task. Overtime is available and will be required when deadlines need to be. Main Duties are to be responsible for all small maintenance work tasks in the locality, both reactive and planned. CHT/27503 NIGHT CARE ASSISTANT – 24 HRS OVER 7 DAY’S BETWEEN 8PM – 8AM Must be aged 18 or over. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential, but applicants must have good command of the English language both written and verbal to ensure Health and Safety Regulations are clearly adhered to at all times. Duties include supporting clients with personal care such as washing, dressing, using the toilet and feeding themselves. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by applicant. The employer has claimed an exception under the Equality Act 2010 MEETS NATIONAL MINIMUM WAGE
CHT/27516 FLOOR LAYER – ALL ASPECTS -40 HRS PER WEEK MON-FRIDAY NVQ level 2 or time served equivalent is preferred. Candidate will be working in a busy environment and will be expected to meet the business needs quickly. Good communication skills are essential as you will come into contact with the general public. Own tools and van is essential as well as having a current CSCS card. This is an ongoing temporary position £90 PER DAY
