Job Introduction:

Over the last three years G4S has been building a presence and reputation within the welfare to work industry. This was reflected in our successful winning of three contracts in April 2011 under The Work Programme.  G4S has continued to invest heavily in the creation of a dedicated team of industry-leading professionals with experience of delivering employment services in the public, private and voluntary sector.

We are now in the process of mobilising for the ESF Workless Families contracts in Manchester.  G4S is looking to deliver this contract through a network of organisations already offering high-quality services to enable workless individuals to find and sustain jobs. These organisations will be coordinated and managed at both a central and regional level by our G4S Welfare to Work team.

  • Coordinate audits ensuring they are carried out in line with company policy.

  • Collate audit information, generating and distributing regular accurate reports, so that management are informed.
  • Monitor progress and compliance with contractual milestones ensuring timescales are met and appropriate action is taken.
  • Evaluate and audit operational policies, procedures and practices to enable continuous improvement and compliance with relevant standards and requirements.
  • Support appropriate stakeholders to assist in the achievement and maintenance of relevant quality standards across all contracts.
  • Conduct investigations into allegations and complaints as required to ensure comprehensive and accurate data is collected in line with company policies.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have auditing experience relating to compliance with contractual and company requirements.

If you feel that you have the skills we are looking for and would like to get involved in this expanding team we would like to hear from you.

This role is for 20 hours per week,  hence the pro rata salary and offered on a 24 month fixed term contract.
