Administrative Assistant (Mortgages)

This Search Mortgage Solutions part time vacancy is for a person with past experience in the mortgage sector.
Currently the job is for two days per week but it is expected to increase to a full time job as the business develops.
Salary is £8 per hour.
The successful applicant would be responsible for processing mortgage applications and dealing with all necessary paperwork. This includes liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and other parties as required. The progress of the application will then be monitored through to completion and payout.    in addition to excellent communication and computer skills.You would be working closely with the owner of the business until you are totally familiar with our processing methods and ready to work alone.We are two minutes walk from Victoria Station Manchester which is also a Metrolink station.
